ABSTRACT
The 1996 Agreement imposes only a few strict time limits, but there is serious potential that the client will already be dangerously close to breaching the Agreement at the time of the first contact with the solicitor. A detailed first interview with all road traffic accident clients is therefore necessary and the following actions must be considered in all cases immediately upon receipt of instructions.1
