INTRODUCTION—THE NATURE OF EQUITY

This book is ENtitled Equity & Trusts. It includes discussion of two inter-linked concepts: ‘equity’ and ‘the trust’. While it is intended to be a comprehensive textbook on both of those areas, its intellectual focus is on the interaction of the underlying principles of equity with the development of the law of trusts.
