This is a straightforward form to fill in. Everything is as in the ‘behaviour’ petition, above, until you get to section 12. But before you fill the form in, ask yourself: ❍ Have you and your spouse lived together for more
than six months after you found out about their adultery? If so, a straightforward adultery petition is no longer open to you. All is not lost, however – use ‘Behaviour’ instead.
