ABSTRACT
The theory behind harmonisation was introduced in Chapter 9. Now the practicalities are considered. Although these fall largely within the procedural law of the EU, an overview of how harmonisation works, and the role it plays in the Community, is very helpful in understanding the internal market as a whole.
