ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter is to bring together the primary legal areas which are of particular relevance to a solicitor advising a start-up company involved in technological innovation. The chapter will focus on practical suggestions to provide the best legal advice to start-up ventures reflecting their limited resources.
