ABSTRACT
Although ancillary relief can cover many aspects of financial relief, including such applications as maintenance pending suit and variation applications, this section is primarily concerned with an application for financial provision on divorce. This section builds on drafting skills, examining what documents are required by the rules and how they should be structured as well as an examination of the analysis that needs to be done as part of case preparation.
