ABSTRACT
This book has sought to make a case for the conscious integration of ADR and ADR processes into the Commonwealth Caribbean legal system. The point has also been made that even without a conscious decision by CARICOM states to embrace ADR, there is already the genesis of ADR processes infusing the legal system.
