ABSTRACT
NATURE OF THE DISPUTE: The child, a 13-year-old high school student, has been sent home from school because she does not have the required school books. She remains out of school. The parent is very angry, but at the moment is not able to pay for the school books. The parent was at work and no one at home when the child was sent home from school.
