ABSTRACT
In previous chapters, we have looked at legal writing: how to do it well and, specifically, how to write letters, memoranda, briefs, attendance notes and reports. Many of the general principles of writing apply to drafting too. After all, drafting is just writing at the most formal end of the scale.
