ABSTRACT
Mediation is included in this book because the ways in which disputes are resolved have changed radically in recent years. The term ‘litigation’ has been replaced in many areas by ‘dispute resolution’, which can include litigation, but also means negotiation, arbitration, mediation and various combinations of all of these.
