Case Study on the Gobi Desert

This chapter describes case studies on the Gobi desert. First we examine an actual project financial scheme, with added revenue at 10 % IRR. In the next section, we examine the question of how to transport electricity from distant deserts to where energy demand is located. Finally, we look at the preliminary test project and estimation of CO₂ emissions.
