ABSTRACT
Institutional barriers such as slow registration, licensing and grid connection processes, as well as arduous environmental impact assessments (EIAs) need to be addressed. Robust power purchase agreements (PPAs) that support investment in CSP over the lifetime of the project also need to be developed.
