This substantive part of the text is essentially the result of the two international conferences organized in the framework of the World Campaign:

the ‘Conference on Reform of the United Nations and other International Institutions’, held in Barcelona on 23 and 24 September 2004 in the context of the Universal Forum of Cultures – Barcelona 2004

the ‘International Conference on the Reform of International Institutions – Dialogues between different levels of governance and civil-society actors’, held at the ILO headquarters in Geneva on 20 and 21 November 2006.
