Soil Classification of Slovakia

For a long time the Czech and Slovak nations were parts of the same state, and they had the same soil classification. Later, for administrative reasons, both countries needed official documents for soil inventory. The taxonomies of the Czech and Slovakia republics are somewhat different, and are discussed in separate chapters.
