ABSTRACT
A case of différend between two parties takes place when the ‘regulation’ of the conflict which opposes them is done in the idiom of one of the parties while the injustice suffered by the other is not signified in that idiom… To give the différend its due is to institute new addressees, new addressers, new significations, new referents in order that the injustice find an expression and that the plaintiff cease to be a victim.
