ABSTRACT
The Inuit Circumpolar Conference produced a report for the Arctic Environmental Protection Strategy (AEPS) that included guidelines for the stages and elements of working with indigenous peoples and indigenous knowledge. The following steps were included under the design and consultative process stages.
