The Quality theme supports the ‘ product focus ’ philosophy and addresses the quality methods and responsibilities not only for the technical products, but also for the management of the project. Only after establishing product quality criteria and quality control activities and resourcing can the full costs and timescales be estimated for the Project, Stage and Team Plans.
