ABSTRACT
All activities are the responsibility of the Project Manager (Figure 9.1). Work may be delegated to Project Support.
● Checks that all required products have been delivered and accepted;
● Checks that the products can be maintained and supported after the project disbands;
● Checks that all issues have been dealt with; ● Records any recommendations for subsequent work on the
product; ● Recognizes that the project has nothing more to contribute (pos-
sibly a premature close); ● Reviews project performance against what it set out to do; ● Passes on any lessons from the project; ● Recommends closure of the project to the Project Board; ● Updates plans to measure the achievement of the project’s ben-
efits ( Figure 9.1 ).
