Chapter 7 DISCRETE STRENGTH SPECTRUM AND FRACTURE OF THIN POLYMER FILMS
In this chapter, we will consider the principal statistical features of the strength of thin polymer films (dQ < 50 /mi) under the action of temperature, mechanical, radiation, and diffusion fields and in the presence of orientation and various additives. Separate and joint action of the above factors is analyzed primarily for PET, PM, PMMA, and HIPS.
