ABSTRACT
Java, PERL, PhP are internet-ready tools for expanding to the server technology. MATLAB's strengths include algorithms, matrix manipulation and graphical tools. Numerical computation, Experimental observation, Analytical calculation, plus physical picture persuasion, properly abbreviated as NEAP, depicted in the drawing at the corners of a tetrahedron, represents elements needed to elucidate the physics principles. Scientific computing, especially modelling and simulation can be an important part of knowledge creation. The issues for developing computer programs are usability, scalability, portability and versatility. The asymptology emphasizes on the possibility of an asymptotic expansion regardless of whether there is convergence. It provides good methods for roots finding, summation, and integration. The order of magnitude analysis is an important process for sorting out physically related effects. Scientists and physicists in particular, are concerned about the order of magnitude of a property, to gain relevant insight for a particular effect as measured by the said quantity.
