ABSTRACT
The previous chapter showed circuit examples for applications in which redundancy played an important role. This last chapter we will look at some SET circuits and applications for which we assume that perfect manufacturing is possible and initial and/or random background charges do not appear; that is we have an almost perfect technology for creating the devices. Again the simulations are all based on the unbounded tunneling current concept.
