ABSTRACT
Nanoelectronics can be seen as an experimental science. Based on quantum physical phenomena, researchers design nanoelectronic components. Subsequently, they make the devices, measure them, and interpret the measurements. Knowing the electrical device characteristics we, then, try to analyze and synthesyze nanoelectronic circuits and ditto systems.
