ABSTRACT
In this book, we present the descriptions of electron transport,
starting with the Drude model, Langevin and master equation,
Liouville equation, and the semi-classical Boltzmann equation.
These are based mostly on the classical mechanics. Then we present
the quantum mechanical approaches, which include the linear-
response Kubo formula and the scattering-wave Landauer formula.
