ABSTRACT

This colourful bunch had, in any case, read the Greenpeace study on the feasibility of efficient solar factories, were also familiar with our dazzling ISC brochure, and wanted to immediately get cracking with the factory in our solar centre. We had to cautiously admit that the opening time was not really in the foreseeable future, and, on top of that, a factory wouldn’t really fit in with the ISC (although otherwise, or in the beginning at least, every absurdity which contained the word “solar” found a place there). Somewhat disappointed by the stonewalling on the part of my association colleagues, I asked some of the potential political PV factory founders whether they could use someone who knew something about PV.2
