ABSTRACT
In the body of this chapter, we describe the results of comprehensive study directed toward gaining an increased understanding of carrier transport in n-type and p-type nanowire MOSFETs, and emphasizing correlations between controlled-stress introduced in the nanowire channel, and its effect on transistor performance.
