ABSTRACT
The integrated film systems shown in Fig. 11.1 will provide
various types of systems with ubiquitous functions, including solar
energy conversion systems, wearable computers, system glasses,
thin-film speakers, and so on [1]. The integrated film systems,
whose structures are similar to those of the OE films for optical
interconnects within boxes and 3D-MOSS, are one of the important
applications of core technologies of optical electronics.
