ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we explore key economic factors influencing the viability of
capital investment in process industry projects. Many reported case studies
in completed cleaner production projects have claimed win/win benefits,
that is,
• improved environmental performance=WIN • reduction in costs=WIN.
