ABSTRACT
The robot equipped with the consciousness system I developed
succeeded in mirror image cognition. My experiments have been
cited as “demonstrations of self-awareness” on a number of Web
sites. I conducted an evaluation to determine whether my robot is
worth being called a “self-aware” robot.
