ABSTRACT

Employers always have high expectations to find the best-possible, young, and enthusiastic applicants for a new job. However, two things may be of importance to consider. First, after reading the text of the advertisement one or two times more and thinking about what the employer really wants the applicant to do, students might consider the work to be ordinary office work with minor responsibilities. The employer’s requirements are, indeed, ambitious and show the expected skills that an applicant must exhibit. Employers, of course, also have an agenda for employing the best-available workers who will create the best-possible combination of competence in the organizations. Employers sometimes read several tens of applications, and often they read through the applications very fast and form an opinion about each applicant. There should be enough information in student's application that notifies the employer about student's acquired formal requirements and also about what type of person has written the application.
