ABSTRACT
Language is among the oldest means of communication between humans. It is the basis of human communication. The narrative task of language is an art that must be learned. Spoken communication with a technical approach is related to both verbal and written skills and involves using the abilities in a language from a convincing, trustworthy perspective. Language is the most common communication tool that expresses an individual’s mind in a complex, dynamic sequence. Language is used by all people of all countries around the globe. Language is also used in situations in which no words should be spoken. When communicating, speaking student's mother tongue or a second or third language may take up a substantial amount of time from a working day. The ability to understand information maybe in languages other than student's mother tongue is also sometimes essential. To communicate using spoken language smoothly and without misunderstanding, student's words and sentences must be clear.
