ABSTRACT
A person’s personality, of course, follows him or her, and people can read the conditions and will continuously judge the person. There are simple dimensions in the human personality, measured by two types of continuum, extraversion and introversion. These two “opposites” are seen as a branch of psychology that deals with an individual’s personality and differences. The field relates to the science of personality psychology. For a young individual, it is of great benefit to understand how the personality is used in different situations and to foresee the behavior in a group, when working in a team with a number of different personalities that may cooperate in a certain way. Everyone in the audience seems to support the persuasive speaker. A student has, of course, something to learn from such “persuasive speakers,” whether they are internationally known speakers or just teachers in a school.
