ABSTRACT
The development of the Chinese wind power sector has been the result of diligent work by many key companies, government ministries and individual people over a period of more than 30 years. As the director of China’s General Certification Center (CGC), I am deeply respectful of the great leaders, executives and researchers who have built this great industry of the future.
