ABSTRACT
A fraction of the electromagnetic field spectrum spaced between
0.5 THz and 100 THz is regarded as the THz domain. An ability to
generate and detect the waves belonging to the THz domain (so-
called T-rays) attracts significant attention (Sizov and Rogalski 2010,
Shafranjuk 2011a, 2011b). Visualizing the THz waves illustrated in
Fig. 10.1 is enormously helpful in a variety of applications, including
space research, medicine, industry, defense, and security.
