ABSTRACT
This chapter represents an overview of processing composites,
glass-ceramic coatings, and metallic alloys by using the microwave
heating method. In the past two decades, researchers have been
utilizing the microwave heating technique to process a wide range
of materials, including traditional and advanced ceramics, polymers,
composites, coatings, glass, and even metals/metallic alloys.
