ABSTRACT
From the point of view in composite manufacturing of textile composites, very low viscosity resin Dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) was used in order to create high impregnation state. It was confirmed that DCPD resin system could realize complete impregnation for square braided rod with complex shape and high fiber volume fraction. Moreover compound of DCPD and COD create wide range of elastic modulus of resin and interfacial strength of composites. Consequently optimum contents of COD were clarified for woven fabric composites.
