ABSTRACT
A systematic study was conducted to evaluate the effects of incorporation of shrinkage-reducing admixtures in wet and dry-mix shotcretes. It was demonstrated that such admixtures have no adverse effects on the properties of the plastic and hardened shotcretes and are very effective in reducing drying shrinkage and preventing restrained drying shrinkage induced cracking.
