ABSTRACT
Now-a-days Radiographic image enhancement is a vital necessity. This paper proposed an algorithm which improves visual quality of X-Ray and MRI image. Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (DTCWT) is used for decomposition of Image. Since edge information is present in High Sub-band Image, so it requires further processing for quality improvement. Quantitative analysis is done by computing Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR), Mean Square Error (MSE), Structural Similarity Index Measure (SSIM) and NIQE index
