The.cellular.network.and.Internet.have.been.the.most.successful.networking. paradigms.during.the.last.decades..The.IP.multimedia.subsystem.(IMS).[1].is. one.of.the.major.efforts.to.combine.the.two.networks..The.cellular.network,. on. one. hand,. allows. users. to. have. the. capability. of. ubiquitous. connectivity.owing.to.the.wireless.and.mobile.manner..In.the.Internet,.on.the.other. hand,.there.already.exist.immense.and.useful.services.or.applications.that. pervade.the.daily.lives.of.huge.numbers.of.users.and.are.growing.quickly.as. time.goes.by..In.particular,.multimedia.services.accelerate.such.phenomena..
