ABSTRACT
A group of liquid hazardous wastes, including ones with PCBs, cyanides, heavy metals, and halogenated organic compounds, that EPA must have evaluated by July 8, 1987, to determine if they should be banned from land disposal or if restrictions should be placed on the land disposal of these wastes. See HSWA Section 201(d)(2).
