ABSTRACT
At about the same time Morris Frampton was operating in the Pacic Northwest, another series of attempted and successful murders began on the East Coast that would put into sharp focus just what a signature killer does and how he behaves. Many people heard about this case through the newspapers because it was a lurid, bloody series of crimes that initially le police dazed by the level of the killer’s violence.
