ABSTRACT
Collaboration in our increasingly global work environment more than ever means collaborating with partners that are spread across the world. We need effective collaborative tools and effective collaborative strategies to be able to integrate cultural contexts that are often quite disparate. Technology-mediated collaboration already creates a significant challenge as it never quite approximates face-to-face interactions. Working at a distance in different countries only adds further complexity.
