ABSTRACT
There are those who fear technology is nearly at the physical limitations of our understanding of nature, so where can we possibly go from here? But technology is not where our limits lie. Integrated circuits (ICs) have always exceeded our ability to fully utilize the capacity they make available to us, and the future will be no exception, for technology does not drive innovation. In truth, it is innovation and human imagination which drive technology.2
