ABSTRACT

Shengxi-Xujiaweizi synclinal region is located in the central depression area of northern SongLiao basin-Sanzhao depression; it is constituted by two adjacent negative tectonic units. Among of them, Shengxi synclinal region is located in the northwest of Xujiaweizi synclinal region where distribution area is significantly greater than Shengxi syncline area. The layers at the era of early cretaceous, including the groups of Huoshiling, Shahezi, Yingcheng, Denglouku and Quantou, and the layers at the late cretaceous era, including the groups of Qingshankou, Yaojia, Sifangtai and Mingshui, are developed in Shengxi synclinal region from the bottom to the top. P oil layer developed in Yaojia group is the principal producing formation in Shengxi-Xujiaweizi synclinal region. The result of oil and source rock correlation shows that the oil of P oil layer mainly immigrates from the underlying 1st member of Qingshankou group. Due to the block of 2nd and 3rd member of Qingshankou group, Oil generating in the 1st member of Qingshankou group cannot migrate directly to the upward P oil layer through the formation pore, and faults connected source rock is the only access road of immigration of oil.
