ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: As China entering the period of industry nurturing agriculture, financial funds for agriculture has grown substantially, and then improving funds service efficiency is important as well as increasing fiscal input. As a big agricultural province, Hubei Province evaluating the supply efficiency of rural productive public goods is the premise of improving service efficiency of fiscal input. Based on the non-parameter DEA model, the supply efficiency of rural productive public goods in Hubei Province in the past twenty years is evaluated and the relative efficiency to the other fellow provinces is estimated. It is concluded that Hubei Province has the trend of supply efficiency of rural productive public goods decreasing and relative efficiency is low among the 13 granary provinces.
