ABSTRACT
Architectural heritage, being an important part of the cultural heritage, refers to the monomer structures and buildings, building groups, historical section, historical districts, historical cities, towns, villages and the whole context which have survived from history and have outstanding value from the perspective of history, art and science. Architectural heritages is the combination of true history and cultural memory of all the times, a witness to history, the carrier of culture, the coordinates of the ethnic history of the region, and also is a vivid manifestation of human civilization (Zhu Guangya, 2006)[1]. The value assessment of architectural heritage is the basic work of architectural heritage protection. Assessment is a management practice of many international and domestic industries. Decision-making based on assessment could get rid of the impacts brought out by personal preferences and tendentious statement, and make the decisions much more scientific.
