ABSTRACT

Sol-gel method is a common method to prepare ultrafine ceramic powders and thin films. In this process, we use liquid chemical reagents as raw material, mix them together and let them react in the liquid phase to generate the sol system, then the products you need can be obtained by drying, dehydrating and sintering. Compared with the traditional process, the solgel method has many advantages: first, the synthesis temperature is low, materials which some traditional methods are hard to get or not at all can be obtained by this method; Secondly, the material particles of preparation are small and uniform, the proportion of each component is easy to control and nanocomposites can be prepared with the sole-gel method; In addition, the equipment is simple, technology is flexible and products have high purity.
