ABSTRACT
According to China Agricultural Statistics Yearbook, China’s jujube output has reached more than 540 tons in 30 years from 1979 to 2012. Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Henan are the main producing areas, contributing rate more than 90%, which is about 24% in Hebei, about 23% in Shandong, about 20% in Shanxi. The current domestic large jujube research institutions and production enterprises are more than 40, which is located in Beijing (4), Hebei (8), Shanxi (6), Shandong (8), Shanxi (1), Xinjiang (6).
