ABSTRACT
Variations in venous anatomy are very common and can be
complex. For example, only one in six patients will have a
lower limb venous system consisting of continuous, non-
duplicated veins. Hence, knowledge of the normal periph-
eral venous anatomy will aid in interpretation of MRV.
