ABSTRACT

If the client is undertaking a large or complex project, the RIBA can put him/her in touch with an accredited RIBA Client Adviser, an experienced architect who can help define and prepare the brief, set up and lead the project team, draw up the business case and manage the procurement on the client's behalf. In whatever way the client structures his/her decision-making process, he/she must make sure that one person is designated as the point of contact between him/her and the architect.
