ABSTRACT
Alison Palmer spent much of her professional career in the State Department working to eradicate the legacy of years of discrimination against women. The primary litigant in several major legal actions against the State Department, Ms. Palmer can take much credit for the improvements seen in the last two decades in the way women are treated at State.
